At World Cat, we produce vessels that pursue perfection, not the bottom line. And nowhere is that more apparent than
how our boats first take shape. Each and every World Cat is cast from a mold. A pattern for perfection that ensures
each boat we build measures up to World Cat's exacting standards and our customers' demand for superior quality. World
Cat molds are pulled from pulgs cut from the latest in robotic CNC technology. A five-axis router ensures accuracy within
1/32 of an inch over a 50 foot span. All plugs are carefully sanded, filled and polished to perfection, then inspected
by our designers and engineers before a mold is pulled. All molds are meticulously cleaned, waxed and prepped prior to
the lamination of every part we make. This guarantees all parts are of the highest cosmetic quality and consistency.
Additionally, World Cat has over 50,000 square feet of factory space dedicated exclusively to plug building and mold care,
and a team dedicated exclusively to the preservation of every mold in our factory.
